Returns & Exchanges

If you are not perfectly satisfied with your purchase, you may return your items within 14 days of receipt. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags and security ribbons attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Return

  Visit our Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to request a Return Merchandize Authorization (RMA).

• 2.
  Prepare Package

  Place the items in their original packaging and include the printed return form inside the box.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Affix the pre-paid shipping label provided in your portal to the outside of the package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Quality Check & Refund

  Once received, our team will inspect the items. Approved returns will be refunded to the original payment method within 10 business days.
